This is an introductory package where you will learn the principles of meditation and mindfulness. You will also learn what’s happening in your brain when you’re anxious, stressed or happy. We’ll discuss the science behind what’s happening when we’re meditating and break it down in an easy to understand model. You’ll gain a better understanding of how your mind works and how to use the attention of your mind to influence positive structural change in your brain. With this practice you will gain a better sense of calm, clarity and focus.
