The Biggest Lie We Tell Ourselves Every Day
We lie to ourselves A LOT! And the lies we tell ourselves cause us a lot of anxiety, depression, anger, jealousy, greed, fear, guilt..…… you get the point.
But the BIGGEST lie we tell ourselves every day is “I’ll be happy when…. .”
I’ll be happy when this project is over.
I’ll be happy when this problem is resolved.

Do You Need More Time?
The other day I was talking with a very good friend of mine and for probably the hundredth time he said to me, “I really need to meditate, I want you to teach me how to meditate but I need to find the time. I just need to get this next project completed.”
Of all my friends, colleagues and acquaintances he is by far the busiest person I know.
BUT he’s not really that unique….. TIME is what we all seem to need more of! Everyone seems to be running out of time and it’s driving us crazy!

Why should you meditate?
Everything we do in life is either because we think it will bring us happiness or at the very least avoid unhappiness.
Given this is our prime motivation you would think that we would always be basking in happiness and rarely if ever encounter unhappiness.
And yet this is not what we find; we are as confused as ever about how to be happy.
